Jacek Gramatyka pursued artistic studies in the field of painting at the Faculty of Arts of the Nicolaus Copernicus Unversity in Torùn. He is currently employed at this university. He mainly practices oiul paining, water colour painting and photography.
“We are all different and alike. We slip though life and disappear like shadows. It doesn’t matter what we look like from the outside. We are defined by who we are inside. Will we just be a shadow like the one on the paving slabs in front of St. Peter in Rome, whether we will contribute something to our common civilization? Or in the field of art, science, technology or just the good we give to others?”
